Changing or cancelling an order
We start processing orders quickly. If you want to change or cancel your order before it is shipped, contact us as soon as possible at hello@ivoriearchive.com with your order number. If we receive your request before the order has been packed, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
If your order has already been shipped, you can still use your right of withdrawal. You have 15 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. See our Refund policy for how to return.
Your right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) always applies, regardless of whether an order can be stopped before shipping.
