Right of withdrawal and returns
You may withdraw from your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order (the statutory 14 days, voluntarily extended by one day). You do not need to give a reason.
1. Notify us
Register your return in our return portal here, use our withdrawal form, or email hello@ivoriearchive.com with your order number and what items you would like to return. Your notice must be sent within the 15-day period.
2. Send the goods back
Return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us. You pay the cost of return shipping and may choose any shipping method. For convenience, we offer a prepaid Helthjem return label for NOK 69, which is deducted from your refund. If you use your own shipping method, nothing is deducted.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping the tracking number. To ensure proper processing, we advice that each order is returned in a separate parcel.
3. Refund
We refund the full purchase price, including the standard shipping cost of your original order, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the goods or you have shown that they have been sent. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Condition of the goods
You may examine the goods as you would in a physical shop. If the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value. We will always contact you before making such a deduction.
Swimwear and underwear
For hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms and underwear are supplied with a hygiene seal. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the hygiene seal has been removed or broken after delivery. Please try these items on over your own underwear and leave the seal intact.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item as described above and place a new order.
International returns
The same rules apply to orders from outside Norway. You arrange and pay for return shipping to the address below. No other fees are charged.

Defective products (complaints)
If a product is defective, you have rights under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act regardless of the withdrawal period. See section 7 of our Terms & Conditions, or contact hello@ivoriearchive.com with your order number, a description and a photo. We cover return shipping for justified complaints.
